When you scan a QR code, the URL is sent to Google's Safe Browsing API to check if it has been flagged as a malicious or spam site. Safe Scanner or Google does not store your URL beyond what is required for this check.
All history data is saved locally only on your device.
While Safe Scanner strives to make every effort to ensure links are safe, it is still your responsibility to do your own due diligence.
